ShrimpFest & Craft Brew Hullabaloo is an annual 3-day celebration of America’s most loved seafood, held in the historic city of Sebastian, Florida! The weekend long festival, brought to you by the Rotary Club of Sebastian and the Exchange Club of Fellsmere, will raise funds to support youth sports and organizations throughout North Indian River County. We invite you and your family to join us for this fun-packed festival and to enjoy delicious Florida shrimp.

These succulent shrimp will be prepared in a variety of mouth-watering recipes by your favorite local restaurants and food trucks. Yummy non-seafood and kid-friendly food options will be available throughout the festival as well.

The Exchange Club of Fellsmere is one of over 650 Exchange Clubs across the nation. The main focus of Exchange is the prevention of child abuse, with over 80 child abuse prevention centers located throughout the United States, including one in Indian River County. The Fellsmere Exchange Club also supports Americanism, community service and many youth programs throughout the area.

Pair your savory seafood with a delicious artisanal pale ale or bold stout craft beer. Sample dozens of beers from South Florida breweries on Saturday, and  taste the creations of Indian River County’s finest Home Brewers!

Tasting event is from 1-4pm on Saturday.

Craft Brew Tastings: If you love craft beer or simply want to explore why Florida craft breweries are getting so much attention these days, this is a unique opportunity to sample local flavors and meet a few of the commercial brewers while raising money for a great cause. With 20 possible Breweries and many different craft brews to taste, join us from 1pm - 4pm of unlimited tastings and great music. The home brewers will also be having tastings and demonstrations at the event. You can also visit the food booths to purchase a shrimp dish to pair with your beer. Tickets are $30 before the event, and $35 at the event. We recommend you purchase your tickets early before they're gone!

Compliment your succulent shrimp with flavorful wine tastings provided by South Florida's favorite wineries.

Summer Crush Vineyard & Winery is a small, family owned sun & fun boutique winery started by owner/vintner Gary Roberts. It is the result of the blending of Gary's love of history, surfing, and native muscadine and fruit wines. Gary discovered that muscadine wine is the oldest wine in the new world, first recorded being made at Fort Caroline, Fl. (near today’s Jacksonville) in 1565 by the pirate captain John Hawkins, cousin of Sir Frances Drake. Gary also learned that in the later 1500's Franciscan monks at Mission San Luis, near todays Tallahassee, planted the New World's first vineyard, further encouraging him to follow this storied history with the creation of his own Sunshine State vineyard and winery.

ShrimpFest & Craft Brew Hullabaloo will raise funds to support youth sports teams and organizations throughout North Indian River County. Proceeds will be distributed through the Rotary Club of Sebastian’s Recreation Foundation, Inc. within the guidelines of section 501(c)3 of the IRS code. Beneficiaries will be chosen by a committee of event organizers. In order to apply as a potential beneficiary of ShrimpFest & Craft Brew Hullabaloo 2018, you must be a non-profit North Indian River County youth sports organization located between 77th Street north to the north county line. As you taste your way through the festival, stop to visit the exciting booths you’ll find along the way. You’ll see beautiful works by Indian River County artists on display, as well as interesting crafts, educational exhibits and so much more!

 

To be a vendor at this year's event please download, fill out, and return the Vendor/Exhibitor Application as soon as possible to reserve your booth. Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance for Special Event Liability Insurance covering you and your booth for the "ShrimpFest Craft Brew & Hullabaloo" event with the "ShrimpFest & Craft Brew Hullabaloo" organization named as "Additional Insured". Proof of insurance must be received no later than February 21, 2018. No refund will be made for cancellations after March 1st 2018.
